Welcome to Wrestling Revolution, a game where wrestling legends live and die in the wrestling ring. Known as the heavyweight champion of all the wrestling games, Wrestling Revolution 3D pins you against some unique wrestlers and wrestling career challenges. You will take punches in the ring to see who calls the shots backstage. The game asks you to promote these entertaining matches every week in the name of TV ratings. Once you have seen both sides of the curtain, you learn to develop a new level of appreciation for the game. You can play two modes for free, but you have the option to pay and upgrade to what's called the "Pro" experience. This mode tosses away all the bars and limitations of the game.

For those diehard wrestling fans, you can upgrade one step above the Pro experience and buy a "Backstage Pass." This basically lets you enter God mode where you save your changes among the nine rosters and pit your finest wrestlers against each other in a dream team wrestling match of your own creation. You have more than four pages of rules that you can play with to see what kind of unique circumstances arise. Along with these things, Backstage Pass also lets you play 20 wrestlers in a ring of all shapes and sizes. Why not leave the chains on your imagination back at home?

As you play through the game's interactive training process, you will learn how to lock up. Wrestling Revolution 3D features some fairly intuitive controls. If you need further assistance, you can also enter the interactive tutorial to learn how to attack, grapple, run, taunt and pick up weapons.

In all honesty, the graphics of Wrestling Revolution 3D look horrible for a more modern game. It could use a serious update if it will truly compete with some of the wrestling titles of today. How many characters you choose for a match will factor into your decision, and you may want to turn off the referee if you will set a limit on the match size.

For a wrestling game on the Android, most gamers will admit it's one of the best wrestling games they have ever played for the phone. It could, however, benefit from more moves and more items like tables, ladders, chairs and money in the bank for the ladder match.
